The food, service, and entire experience were impeccable. Without question, it was the best Mediterranean food my girlfriend and I have had in our entire life’s. Every dish was exceptional, and the hospitality of our server and the owner was just as memorable as the meal.
Incredible food, really loved it. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The mezze platter was so yum! Highly recommend for vegans.
Having really mixed emotions about this spot. The host/owner we met at the farmers market. After receiving an invite to dine at the restaurant that evening, we looked it up, saw the reviews and decided to go. We were welcomed by the same gentlemen we met at the farmers market and were immediately seated. He was super kind and inviting. Restaurant was small, but super comfortable. Decor and music definitely complemented the mood. We sat down and after looking at the menu for half a second he asked if we were ready to order and asked if he could make a selection for us based on his opinion. We said sure (big mistake). We ended up receiving a ton of food, more than we (2 adults and a younger child) could eat and certainly not what we’d have ordered if we ordered on our own. He described what he was thinking and it was a bit hard to follow coupled with we didn’t think we’d be receding full orders of what he rattled off - tourist tax I suppose. The food was mixed - given that we literally tried EVERYTHING on the menu, we have a good sense. Falafel was okay, a bit dry and lacked flavor Hummus was good although we like a bit more garlic Baba Ganoush was tasty All the cheese dishes we ordered were excellent. Would definitely order again. Chicken both shredded and kabob were well seasoned, but pretty dry. Dolmas were tasty! Feta cheese salad was good. Really tasty. Batata Harra - was okay, a little too greasy and not super harra (spicy) Cigara and cheese pie - both good. Very tasty. Overall, place is solid, food is mixed and it felt like a bit of a tourist trap. Recommend with hesitation.
If you want to eat some amazing Lebanese food and eat till your heart is content, this is the best place in Cannes. We had such an amazing time with my groups of friends as well as the host and chef. They gave us amazing recommendations as well as an exceptional service. Thank you Charbel for been an amazing soul and such a hard worker!
Food was very good but a lot, we were expecting smaller portion and we were suggested more than we could ate with the 4 of us. We asked to get some left over to take away but they forgot some naan to pack. We had not agreed on a price upfront so we did not expect to pay 183€ with 4 people.it would have been better to suggest less at the begin and the refill if the case. He offered a home made sweet based on his mom recipe kindly asking to put a review before we got the bill.
We got the recommendation from Google Gemini asking for more healthy& tasty food options in Cannes and this popped up. It was definitely one of the best Lebanese food I have ever had, if not the best. The service was great throughout - even if all the tables were filled. Great humor all the way as well!
The staff are very English speaking friendly and make the experience fantastic. Regardless if you've eaten lebanese food before you'll be taken on a journey by their staff. Couldn't recommend enough
Kamel and the owner were so amazing and polite. They really made us feel like we were at their family home and cooked the food with a lot of love. We will return and encourage all to try this Lebanese restaurant
