Horrible experience here. They treat people like nothing even elderly people, terrible.

I went today. Everyone is very nice. Their behavior is amazing. My little girl was mischievous a lot, but they didn't bother me at all. I saw that they were very nice to everyone. I thank all the members working here. Tania

I tried to call their telephone number to ask about famillial regroupement and person who answered me speak to me bad and not politely.. i am asian its normal to have an accent to speak french.. and sometimes they dont understand how i speak french… but its not good to get mad and speak to me bad because of just he dont understand me.. i cannot understand why he need to work in that kind of field uf he dont have patience to all foreigners who dont speak french properly.

Ridiculous! The staff are working there all are unprofessional and crack people even the security guard also! I don’t understand why the department allow them to work here, painful people, they don’t follow the rules they have there owns rules, if they like your face then do your job if not then they treat you like a animals! I am sorry we don’t have the alternative so go and try your luck!

Room no -8 lady is crack ..if anyone want help from Ofii never go to room no 8. She will never help you she just work for time pass .
