Horrible! My package came in two parts. One part was delivered successfully and left at my garage, however, the second part stated that it failed delivery even though it was during the same day/time as the first part… so this doesnt make sense.. then it sat in a sorting centre for days. Sender I believe contacted them, I stayed at home all day waiting and checking tracking. Tracking does not update in real time and at 1pm I saw failed delivery at 10.22 again! No one rang my doorbell, I was waiting here.. I paid sender 50€ delivery fees for a tv console… horrible service. Now it says it is at a parcel shop, but I have no information which one and also what if I dont have a car to collect a large and heavy item. I am also pregnant… I hate Fench courrier services - non stop problems!!!

They lie. They left a note in the mailbox that they attempted delivery. We were home all day!

I see a big progress here. I could follow drivers online and could change the destination to a gls delivery site because I was not at home.

Zero, a horrible company. I ordered an item and they were supposed to deliver it, the driver simply skips my house when they deliver other items in the neighborhood. They did this, called telling me there was no one in the house, while I was there. They repeated the same nonsense the very next day,I haven't received my item yet, so I changed to a relay point. Avoid these scammers.

Horrendous service. First they will not inform you about delivery. Second, they will claim that they tried to deliver, but they never called, never rang the bell, nothing. Third, customer service is incompetent, they cannot help you with anything, they cannot specify delivery time. Fourth, they will lie to you and indicate that there is a problem on either your side, or on the side of the vendor. Not true. Fifth, they dare calling this a "service". I am waiting for my winter tires for 3 weeks, still nothing. Soon winter is over. Thank you.
