We had booked a family room for 3 people, just for one night on our way back home. Both ladies at the reception (afternoon and morning) were very friendly, 5* for them. Location was practical, very close to the Rocade, we were not bothered by noise. The room itself was tiny, not at all like the photos. Rooms are old and worn. Bedding was clean and crisp. It was hot in the room, even with the aircon at 10 degrees and the cool air coming in from outside. Unforyunately people are smoking outside a lot and the smoke came into our room which gave us no choice to close the window again. Later in the evening we just left the door open to get some fresh air in. Aircon didn't do anything, nothing came out. We opted not to have the expensive breakfast there, the breakfast area did not appeal. In short, the room was not worth the € 80 we paid...... We had hoped that this was a hotel that we could start using on our trips, but that's a big NO.

Not a nice room, poor state of repair and stunk of cigarettes. The lady there was nice, but that was the only good thing about it. We had pre paid for breakfast, but just left early without eating as we just wanted to get out of there.

We came to bordeux to go to The Weeknd concert and check-in was at 14:00. We had to be at the stadium at 15:00/16:00. We arrive at 14:00 to the hotel and attempted multiple times to pay for the check-in but the machine was no longer working. Contacted someone who works onsight, horrible horrible customer service skills. Told us that the manager will come at 17:00 and we should go and come back at that time. The lady then shouted at me saying to go and come back or cancel my reservation because there was nobody onsight to help. 7 different families were stranded outside in the same situation. Eventually she hung up while I was mid sentence and just stopped answering the phone even when other people tried to call. Told her I was pregnant and I needed the bathroom, she said there's nothing she can do and I should find another toilet to use. Ended up cancelling my reservation and booking at the ACE Hôtel which had much much better hospitality and very close by.

Was woken up at 3am by loud shouting, someone was tapping on the walls, couldn't sleep the rest of the night. Can hear every car constantly passing by the road. Smell of cigaretts. unforgettable memories. Air conditioning didn't work, remote controller didn't work properly either. No face towels. Bed ok, hot water was present

Normally I like B&B hotels but this one was, well not worth the money. The location was good gor my journey from Alicante to Carn but wish I stayed at the IBIS for the same money. 1 positive, the shower pressure was really good.

We arrived late and had to use the automatic checking system. It was not working, so I pressed for assistance within 5 minutes. The night manager came and sorted the machine out. The staff was very polite and helpful throughout the stay.

In general the hotel is ok. Breakfast is French buffet style. The toilet seat was moving and that is annoying.

The hotel is conveniently located, you can get to the city and back very quickly. Rooms were clean and are provided with an air conditioner. Chromecast did not work, because probably the Wlan was not designed for it. It's fine if room service isn't offered, but it would have been nice if at least the little trash can had been emptied In conclusion, you can say who is passing through or wants to spend a few days in Bordeaux, for those the hotel is OK.
