I made an emergency visit to urgencies whilst on a short city break to Paris at 6:30 am. Was seen within 5 mins and within the hour established where the problem was. I was in theatre by 7:30 that evening. The nurses and doctors were lovely, I don’t speak French but they made sure someone who spoke English could let me know what was happening. I was in hospital for 3 nights following surgery. This hospital is spotlessly clean and they are all so professional. Everyone is saying I was ‘lucky’ it happened there as opposed to uk. That hospital in France makes ours in the uk look like that of third world countries. As a nation I feel that healthcare is a big priory in France and it shows. I am so very very grateful to each and every person in the hospital during my experience.

I visited emergency in this hospital, because of severe pain in stomach. I have a hernia so I was really worried that my hernia got strangulated. Well, when I seen the hospital I was worried even more. When I entered I was shocked. The reception is behind tempered glass, everything was dirty, there were holes in the walls.. toilet was unsuable. The staff except the arabic doctor don’t speak english or they pretend that they don’t understand. The only test, which they’ve done was the urin test and gave me paracetamol.( I had to do the surgery, when I came back to my country) I had spent the night in the lobby of hospital surrounded by homeless, drug addicted and really weird people. The staff and security pretend that they don’t see them and let me them to use the toilet and sleep there on the chairs for patients. This hospital is a truly a nightmare.

Worst Hospital in the entire France ,even in a under developed country they will respect person who is s suffering from illness or emergency,but here it's worst of worst.After 6 hours when I asked how many person before me, receptionist is giving response that your case is not taken by any doctor.Its totally ridiculous .Still waiting for my turn.What I noticed is if you know any person in the hospital you will be given priority and you will be called immediately.Shame on this hospital staff, administration who are not able to run the hospital .Let the government close this hospital and save our money.Star rating is - 10 for their atitude, behaviour, carelessness,inapt workmanship and rude behaviour. You have to wait for more than 6 hours,if you are alive after 6 hours,then they will call you.Once Doctor took in charge then every thing changes slowly.We cannot say anything against Doctors,nurses and ward boys they are friendly and highly efficient persons.They will took care of you in a good manner.

The emergency room at this hospital is terrible. Absolutely abysmal. My husband went in for internal bleeding on Friday at 2am. He wasn’t offered food or water for 24 hrs and a doctor never came to check in on him. It wasn’t until he was moved out of ER into a room that he actually started to get some proper care. The people in ER are the most vulnerable. It’s disgraceful that this hospital cares so little for their ER patients and don’t care to stabilize them. If you have an emergency, I’d suggest finding a different hospital.

It is good for urgent. They were very helpful for my kid. Hospital os clean and tidy.Well decorated. Like it.

Amazing job very good staff It is a hospital of impeccable cleanliness, the staff and fast and friendly, it must support some people who are not at all pleasant and rather aggressive towards them. I take my hat to all the staff bravo, good luck.. Really i love this place very near Nice view.

emergency services is not good my baby is sick I’m going 18h and dr coming 3 o’clock it’s not good I’m waiting 9h after dr coming is emergency

I gave birth to my daughter in this hospital. Honestly the medical staff was amazing, very supportive, patient and caring. I totally recommend and would love to have my next child still in this hospital.
