Lovely stay here. Quiet, clean hotel away from the hustle

Surprisingly good! The rooms where very clean and recently refurbished. The shower was great, warm and a good pressure. ||The food in the restaurant was lovely! Would really recommend eating at the hotel as there doesn’t seem to be much around. ||The staff were all so welcoming and kind! Our French wasn’t great but luckily we all managed!! ||The only thing I would say to improve would be for tea and coffee to be supplied in the room, there was a kettle but no tea and coffee.

We stayed here at the Kyriad for 7 nights and found it ideally situated for touring the area with Google taking us straight there where there is plenty of parking and with a bus stop to the city centre just down the road but the best part were Laurent and Bruno ( I hope I have spelt their names correctly) as they were so helpful and friendly serving a great breakfast and advising us where to visit and we highly recommend their hotel.

Simple and clean. Great for a quick overnight stay. The management was friendly and very helpful. The nine euro for breakfast is worth it. The variety of pastries, meat and cheeses left me satisfied. Your pets are welcome here which was a big plus for me.

We stayed at the Kyriad in Quimper for 2 nights recently.||The only problem we had was finding the place. The staff were friendly and helpful, it is managed by a lovely couple. I have to confess that our French is poor, limited to what I could remember from school, (40+ years ago). However and mainly thanks to the lady of the house, who could speak some English we were given useful information regarding getting into the town and also information around places we wanted to visit nearby.||We ate breakfast and Dinner at the hotel, which was good. This hotel is not pretentious, it offers clean accommodation and basic good food for a reasonable price. ||With regard to the room we had, I have to say the en-suite was small, the toilet was ok for us, but anyone bigger could struggle to close the door, also the shower was a bit slippy, could use an extra handrail for stepping in and out of safely.

The lady at the reception was exceptional! She actually helped me with my luggage (thank you) up 2 flights of stairs. Plus we got an upgrade too!

Located a little outside of quimper, the hotel is okay when comparing price to value. The rooms are alright, breakfast standard. Luckily we had double glass windows so the autoroute running in parallel did not bother us too much. However, opening the window was out of the question. To stay here you need to be mobile as the city is a good 15 minute drive away.

Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Within walking distance of the centre of Quimper. The restaurant isn't always open so check before you arrive. There are other places to eat nearby but book ahead during busy times.
