Unreliable, unprofessional and rude. I am at 93 Rue Clemenceau, both elevators in my building broke several times during the week. Each time a technician would repair it, only for the elevator to break few hours later. Last time it happened with me and my wife inside, who was already suffering from a fever and was panicking during the time we were stuck. Luckily we managed to open the doors from the inside, not without rhe risk of losing a finger in the process, as the door quickly slammed close behind us. I complained with the customer service, and they hang up the phone on me. This is not the company you want to be responsible for the elevators in your building!

Very quick response,very friendly, they freed us from am elevator that got stuck.

Très mauvaise entreprise qui ne tient pas ses delais qui ment qu'en on les a au tel pour connaître la date d'intervention nous mènent en bateau au fil des appels, la seule chose qu'ils sont capable de dire c'est " ne vous inquiétez pas je relance à l'intervention" apparemment c'est par la fenêtre qu'ils doivent la relancer l'intervention... afin qu'elle finisse au fond de la poubelle. 3 semaines sans ascenseur et aucune nouvelle de leur part bravo ! À fuir dans tous les cas 😉
