Visited for Swan Lake, it didn't start great with the unnecessary bother about a water bottle lid, it's so unnecessary, they take water bottles off of you and give you a raffle ticket so you can claim it back, no worries, but making someone remove a lid and throw it away is ridiculous. Great seats and great show.

Nice venue, good breakout rooms, fitted the 400 people conference easily.

Nice place with elevator facility to reach the first floor. And there are many shops for food and shopping and it's a junction for trams.

Large conference venue with diverse room types. Large theatres with.comfortable seats, good rooms for 200-500 people in flat configuration and for posters/trade stands. Nice projection and sound

Went to the opera here. Puccini's La Bohème, which was excellent. The theatre is quite something especially when you're in the 6th floor boxes looking down onto the stage.

It is very pretty inside and worked very well as a scientific conference center. Big halls for poster sessions and good size auditoriums with excellent media systems. Thumbs up for the security control at the entrance

This place is a labyrinth. A security man was extremely rude and not helpful. He shouted at my 91 year old parents who weren't walking fast towards the escalator and threatened them to call the police as my mother responded back to him to leave them alone. Disgraceful and disappointing.
