Verry nice appartment with everything you need. Very helpfull Owner, Madame Petronela, best regards. The garden, close to the beach, shopping center after the corner, the best Boulangerie on the city just after the gate. Very quiet, however, we have been in January, parking space also available. We highly recommend this appartment

Everything was very well organised, starting with the kind welcome by Petronella who was always available during our stay whenever we needed something. The appartment itself was clean, furnished with taste, very well equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine. The two bathrooms were also a big plus for us. There is a a lovely park around the residence, the appartment is a walking distance to the beach and there are a lot of things to explore in and around Juan-les-Pins. The only points that could still use some improvement - the sorting of waste (we needed to take the glass outside of the complex to a container on the street, while plastic was put in the container for residual waste and then presumably separated afterwards) and the kitchen sink water evacuation.

Clean, quiet and close to the beach. We spent a week between April and May we had a wonderful time. The flats are quite big and the residence is very beatiful. There's a nice and sunny swimming pool and the beach is at walking distance: you will just need to cross a nice park.

Great parc, excellent location (amid Nice, Cannes and Antibes, 15 min walk through a parc to the beach) and very well taken care of by our host Petronela. Also very dog friendly, which is quite special in an environment where every square meter is occupied by buildings. The apartments themselves are complete but somewhat outdated and hence require some renovation but that will be taken care of by the new owners this winter. We’ll be back certainly!

Great experience ! Clean, bright and spacious appartment! Location is top notch, few hundred meters away from the beach. You can also walk to a small shopping center. The check in with Ms Petronela makes you feel home. What a charming person. Will be back soon! Thank you

7 Nächte hier verbracht, mit Hund. Der Empfang, sowie auch der Kontakt während des Aufenthaltes und bei der Abreise, mit Petronela war sehr herzlich. Die Wohnung: top sauber und wie beschrieben. Angenehmes Bett. Balkon: Ostlage = bis Mittag Sonne, ruhig zum Park ausgerichtet. Die Anlage: toll, gepflegt, großzügig, ruhig. Lage: zu Fuß 3 Minuten durch die Anlage, eine kurze Stichstrasse, durch den herrlichen "Parc Exflora", unter den Brücken der Eisenbahn und Strandstrasse durch, und in 10 Minuten ist man rechts: am Menschen-, und links: am Hundestrand. Perfekt
