Europcar Cayenne is by far the best rental agency in town – and I say this after contacting pretty much all of them. The staff speaks excellent English, which is not easy to find here, and the team at the desk was extremely helpful from start to finish. Special thanks to Sheila, who made the return process absolutely smooth. There were a few issues along the way, but what really matters is how they were handled – and Europcar resolved everything brilliantly. Highly recommended!
The agent at the Cayenne Airport Europcar stated that the insurance deposite of 300 euros would be paid back within 24 hours after returning the rental car. Its been 14 days and still waiting for the insurance deposit to be paid back to my business account. To add you still deducted on the 13th August another 99,02 euros for a supplementary fee but Europcar still will not pay back the 300 euro insurance deposite!!!
