E.R.H.I. ENTREPRISE DE RENOVATION DES HABITATIONS ET DES INDUSTRIES

I am in emergency. It's been 6 hours and no one attended me yet and I am still waiting. I don't know what they people are doing. I have a mjor cut of knife 🔪 on my finger.

Despite all the bad reviews my friend had a great experience. She is not French and she had a hard time because nobody was able to speak English but she met very helpful people. They even tried to call the only doctor who spoke English. Frankly I think that these people have to deal with a lot of people and are just stressed, just be kind to doctors and nurses and they will treat you as you deserve!

The emergency dentist area it's dirty, some of the stuff is definitly not helpfull, they didn't even try. Wairing time is atrocious and if you don't speak the language well it's a disaster. The service is actually just practice for students I think, not very well prepared ones. Terrible experience!

Yesterday I had a severe ankle sprain. I was taken to this hospital. I could not walk. I don't speak French. But somehow managed. Everyone was patient. Staff was calm and warm. Thank you so much for your service. A big thanks..

The staffs are nice though but I was very surprised when they told me there were no doctors so I should go and come back the following week. I wonder, A whole hospital? No doctor? I am in pain but I don’t have a choice🥺. Tuesday 27th September, 2022🤯

Very dangerous public behaviour from the staff. Arrival at 16:30, check in at 17:00 and after 5 hours waiting they refuse to attend. With 39.2°c fever and no voice. They didnt even check if it was pneumonia or anything. Nothing. Just took 5 hours to refused the person.

Had a major issue with my eyes and was really worried. They sorted it within an hour. Everyone wanted to help, including Doctors who went out of their way to help us find the correct building. Thank you so much.
