I'm very happy with my purchase, the bike has saved me a lot of time and money because before I had to take a vtc and given the lightness of the bike it's very easy to transport on the train for journeys, what happiness!

I’m new to Paris and the wonderful people at Mon Vélo Électrique went above and beyond to find the right bike for me and make sure I was set up for the most seamless experience. They went as far as to email with the city (without being asked) about my rebate status as a non-resident. If you’re a native English speaker they’re terrific at communicating and keep you updated throughout the process. Highly recommend and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Had a pretty good and very positive experience of buying my first e-bike with MVE. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and eventually after testing 2 bikes, I ended up buying an Eovolt which is one of my best purchases. In this respect, I highly recommend coming to see them if you are looking to buy or considering about getting yourself an e-bike.
