I walked in on a weekday & service was good! The bags have a nice leather quality and I couldn’t help but squeal looking at the colour selections! The sales associate was friendly, gave help when needed but also gave me space to look & try out different bags without being overbearing. Many other tourists soon came in & mentioned that they’ve seen the brand often from Instagram which is how I ended up there also. Convenient that is right next to Sezane as well. Overall, recommend! The complementary canvas bag with purchase was definitely a nice touch, loved it!

Fleuron’s quality has been praised enough on social media and seeing the bags in person my expectations exceeded. The sales associate was really warm, helpful, and patient throughout the process giving me as much time as needed to make up my mind. The Mini Swann is a high quality bag with a unique design. It's a light bag that I will use a lot on hot days in Italy, when you want to be as free as possible from carrying weight. I love the selection of colors to choose from. Shipping is also very fast.

Beautiful bags, but for the price I expected them to be of top notch craftsmanship. My bag came in with a small paint stain on the inside and although the company offered for me the ability to return it. I wanted to just have received a bag in as good as condition as €560 euros can buy. It is not thousands but I have bags that were only a couple of hundredth dollars and they were made beautifully.

I absolutely adore this bag. The crème colour complements most of my wardrobe, while the mini size enhances my petite frame beautifully. Delivery was impressively fast, and I will certainly purchase again. My next choice will be the charming pink bon bon shade. Hopefully there will be a discount for 2nd purchase.

I purchased my first Fleuron bag this month. Was very excited about it, I picked a medium sized swann bag. After using the bag for only ONE WEEK i noticed visible wear in the corners, as if the bag has a top layer that has completely come off. I couldn’t believe this had happened after I had been so careful with the bag in the very few times I had used it in that first week. After contacting customer service I was very sad to hear that they will not be doing anything about it. For a bag of this price, which claims to be of such high quality, I feel taken advantage of and would not recommend others purchase from this company. I am not an unreasonable person, and understand that things wear over time, but this kind of wear after owning the bag for one week is not right. I have never written a review for anything in my life before this, but felt it necessary given the issue.

Ordered online a clutch & bag charms. Speedy int'l shipping, arrived properly (and beautifully!) packaged. Colors etc in pics true to life. Excellent quality, fits in the quiet luxury category! Would/will definitely recommend.

Fleuron has beautiful, understated, feminine designs with gorgeous craftsmanship. They also have an amazing range of colors that makes it difficult to choose just one! Their boutique is lovely and the associates were very patient and accommodating. When I returned home I wanted to purchase a mini Swann, but could not decide between two colors. The store kindly sent me photos of the two colors side by side to compare. The bag in rose clair arrived beautifully packaged with a bonus tote bag and a thank you note with image of the bag I purchased - very thoughtful touches. I'm very pleased with my purchase and look forward to getting another Fleuron in the future. Thank you for your products and your excellent service!
