Never never never NEVER choose Eni for your electricity. Biggest mistake of my life. Ever since I started with them, I have electricity bills that no one could understand (which are 4 times higher than EDF) - their customer service sucks, they can't explain your bills, they can't refund. Can't wait to end my contract with them when I move out.

Go away! Never sign with them! The electricity price is higher than EDF and it is the same for the gas. Their salers are liars. They give you 30 days to pay the bill but after 15 days, you will get the bailiff. I give 1 star because I don't have the choice!!! No star !! Zero!!

Terminated my contract on beginning of April. I was charged 42 euros for month of April, when asked, they informed me they will reimburse, then again two month later I have been charged 21 euros. I have received no reimbursement. Called their service client on July, on hold for 50 minutes and call got cancelled.
