Fantastic hotel with a location that can’t be beaten in Nice. Central location, everything was walking distance and with stunning views! Staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was nice. Room was made up everyday and A/C was working- very much required after a hot day of exploring! Only slight criticism is the bathroom would benefit from being updated, but I am nitpicking as it was still perfectly acceptable. We will be back!

An outstanding hotel with friendly staff willing to go out of their way to ensure you enjoy your visit. Clement at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. Our room faced the front of the property and had French doors that opened up to a balcony with direct views of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Pebble beach is iconic. Very comfortable room. Kettle in room as well.

Hotel Suisse was a fantastic experience. Two things really stand out: the location and the staff. The location is perfect as it is basically in the middle between the promenade (beach clubs/ restaurants/ night life) and the Port of Nice (shops, restaurants, etc). I felt safe and cared for. The staff were INCREDIBLE! Jacques and Migena who run the breakfast were so attentive and kind. They always made my cappuccino PERFECT, and Jacques even hand pressed my orange juice for me. Clement and Jennifer at reception were so good about helping me with my luggage and storage. Hotel Suisse made everything easy for me. Will stay again!

It was hard to decide on which hotel to stay, with many hotels in the area, we chose Hotel Suisse and we couldn't have been happier. It was a great experience! The location of the hotel was the best, walking distance to everything, the train station was a little further walk but you can take the light rail train there to make it easier. We did day trips to Monaco and Cannes which was super easy! It has the best views of the sea, sunset and the city. The room was very nice, clean and the windows opened to let the sea breeze in. The best of everything here. I highly recommend!

Last Sunday, around 3:30 PM, I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at your hotel. I was with my 4-year-old daughter, in an urgent situation, with no access to any public restrooms nearby. Under these circumstances, I had no choice but to enter your hotel to ask to use the restroom. At the reception, a bald man and a woman with long curly hair categorically refused. I clearly stated that I was willing TO PAY, given the obvious urgency of the situation — my daughter could no longer hold it. However, what was most shocking was not just the refusal, but the attitude: cold, dismissive, and completely lacking any sense of humanity. You even claimed that your establishment “does not have restrooms,” which is simply untrue. I know perfectly well that there are restrooms located in the lobby, just a few steps away. I am shocked and deeply distressed by such a lack of basic consideration. As someone who also works in the service industry, I feel compelled to remind your management of one essential point: you may have a great location, and a certain level of professionalism. BUT if you fail to train your staff in basic humanity and the ability to handle situations with empathy and flexibility, then all of that means NOTHING!

Perfect view, but lift is small and slow. Great choice for Nice.

I've stayed at the Hotel Suisse off and on for many years. Mainly for the great location. But after the recent full renovation it's a whole new experience. Wonderful renovation, great room amenities and helpful friendly staff, The rooms and elevator still smallish. The room space designed to utilize every inch. It's a bit more expensive, but well worth the price. The views from your room is priceless.

We chose this hotel for the views and we were not disappointed. Aside from the view, our room was very comfortable and the staff were great. Very well located; close to the old town, Cours Selaya and right on the Promenade des Anglais. We enjoyed people watching from our balcony, but would choose a higher floor next time as a fair bit of noise during the night/early morning.
