De Rosa made a lot of effort to produce my Nuovo Classico. They even phoned my local bike shop to inform that they would make an adjustment to fit the frame for 28 mm tyres. I am very happy with my bike. It's awesome. Thank you very much!

We went yesterday to De Rosa factory. My original appointment was 2 days before, I couldn’t be there because of an illness. Cristiano and Francesco helped us to get the experience. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They took all the time to explain everything and to answer all the questions. At the end we spent more time with Francesco and his brother Nicolas. My wife got her third De Rosa. Thank you so much. If you haven’t done the experience tour you should and learn more about the history of this beautiful sport

Today I went to the De Rosa outlet. I was really treated well, the lady who I assume is Signora Re Rosa was kind and helpful. Mr Ugo De Rosa was there too. Fantastic to see the business is still run by the family. Well set out and plenty of bling to look at.

The son of the owner was "too busy" to spend 5 minutes with customers able to spend 20.000 euros on a bike. Too unpolite, really is too rich that doesn't need customers. We went to Bianchi and spent same money and were well received
