One of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The owner Mr. Farid is an excellent host. The staff super nice and polite. Excellent food. Worth every penny. Very nice collection of fine wine. Keep up the good work . Thanks for a memorable evening.

The food was exceptional, I got the sole on special and stirlion steak, both fresh and perfectly done. Book in advance, indoor seating was big, comfortable and airy. The service was slow because there was only one person serving, but despite that the food was so good that it's still a 5 overall. The person serving was apologetic and explained he was 2 persons down.

Bordeaux is a really charming city. What makes this city even more charming is the delicious food. I had dinner here alone today and had perfect service and great food. The interior is also very nice. Thank you for giving me unforgettable memories.

It is a very cute restaurant & if you want you can see the chef slicing meats to order. If you are super hungry come here. No messing around. A huge steak for one person & comes with a salad, mashed potatoes & fries. I couldn't finish! I'm glad none of the appetizers called to me! Great price for what you get. Server recommended a great red wine from poussac nice tannins good minerality. The meat quality is average but I loved that they put a caramelized shallot ontop the steak. The potatoes were my favorite accompaniment, very rich & still had lots of chunks in it. It's old school but I think that's part of the charm.

The meat was exceptional and it worth waiting for 20-30 minutes (we took fillet du cannard and a beef entrecote). I'm a meat lover and travel a lot, it was one of the best places to eat meat worldwide. The host is very friendly and the atmosphere is lovely although it was a bit cold inside in March (the restaurant seems to be caught by the walls of the neighboring buildings- interesting design).

We decided to book a table in this restaurant after we passed next to it. The restaurant looks very nice and it's very spacious. I ordered set menu for €26 (starter, main and dessert), my partner had a steak and dessert. We could pick a wine from a huge wine rack. I had fish salad, fish of the day and chocolate cake. Everything was nice however the cake was slightly overcooked. My partner ordered medium steak and it was extremely rare. He ate some but then mentioned it to the waitress, she gave a gallic shrug and said "in France...". She took it to the kitchen but when she came back it was still pretty much the same. In general it wasn't bad but the food could have been better. I wouldn't rush to come back here.

Delightful and delicious. The ambiance was lovely, the waiter was friendly, the food was great. The waiter conversed easily in both French and English and did a great job with the wine pairing. Overall a wonderful experience.

We had lunch shortly before the closing time. The staff still let us in and had to work overtime because of us. But they didn't rush us and were friendly, translated the French menu in English for us. The food was delicious and the portion was really big. There were three different side dish. The starter, the main dish and dessert were all great. We hardly managed to finish everything. My octopus was a bit too salty. Other than that, everything was great.
