Stayed here for 3 days for a meeting. Quite impressive place. Close to many resaurants. Their own restaurant on the top floor serves amazing food with lots of options. Should mention that the staff was very friendly, across the board. The tram station to the town is a 10.min walk .

We are comfortable at this property. Hotel Staff is talented, friendly + accommodating. Rooms are well-organized, clean, housekeeping is attentive. We had 2 positive breakfast experiences at Restaurant Gina. Greeted warmly and my special egg order completed without a problem. Fancy view, nice observation deck on the roof, enjoy some drinks but quite to the city for lunch or dinner. Poor-quality Italian food for the end of March 2026. Cozy rooms, nice design.

Very poor experience. We were at the Conference in this hotel. The rooms are good, personnel is friendly and doing their best. But hotel restaurant is one big disaster. Hygienic standards are very low. It’s open to general public, hotel guests have no preferences or reserved spaces. On the evening of the weekends you can not have a table, everything is booked out weeks in advance by local visitors. It has nice terrace, which attracts people from surrounding. As usual, restaurant is managed independently not by the hotel. They are not connected. Tables, chairs, sofas are all dirty. |Swimming pool in the hotel is tiny. |In a conference room the electricity failed, was restored fast, but air conditioner did not start for next 2 hours. At plus 32 degrees outside . |If you windows are facing former fish market converted into a bar, forget about sleeping at night. Always ask inner garden facing room. Otherwise people outside stop partying at 02:00 and garbage track picks up bottles at 05:30. That’s all what you get in terms of sleep.

We chose the Marriott as I had lots of points to use. It’s not located as central as we prefer but is pretty convenient using the efficient tram system as stop Citi dun Vin is a short walk away making it only a 10 min ride into the centre |I booked a La Galarie larger corner room |It was very suitable clean and presentable |The check in was seamless and the room was ready by 1pm|Note no on site parking so you need to use the public pay parking adjacent |With hotel validation it’s 17e per night |1 quirk|There is a separate wc from the bathroom but it has no wash basin …. You have to go opposite to the bathroom to wash your hands!|My wife also moans that hotel rooms are designed by men. Here is the same!|No natural place for a dressing table and mirror at seating level (often the same elsewhere) she had to stand in the bathroom |Ok for 2 nights. Not if staying longer |Also no drawers only a until with 2 shelves|Other than that pretty much ok. Breakfast buffet bit average not much fresh fruit

What a gem of a hotel! As silver members, we got a newspaper personalized, a room with a fabulous canal view and cookies! The hotel bar and restaurant upstairs are amazing! The breakfast was a 10/10! Highly recommend!

An incredible hotel! Staff were amazing! Great location, visted with my wife during our honeymoon and we had an AWESOME time. The rooms were stunning, the pool beautiful. A fantastic hotel, that I'd recommend to anyone.

What a gem of a hotel in Bordeaux - perfect choice of hotel to stay in a UNESCO Heritage Site city! Absolutely like everything about this 4-star hotel - with a theatrical entrance, it was a unique sight - assigned room was a spacious charming room with nice decors, parquet floors, with over-sized windows with velvet curtains, and a reasonably big bathroom. Hotel staff are attentive, friendly and accommodating - service is highly commendable! |Great location as the Cite du Vin and Les Halles de Bacalan ( great food market) are just across the hotel. Treated myself to a good Italian Latte Machiatto and chocolate cake at Gina Caffe Shop, relaxing and serene atmosphere, and the hotel also has a roof-top trendy restaurant with a good city-view. Overall, our stay was certainly memorable and to stay in a hotel by Marriott always exceeded our expectations. Merci Beaucoup 💗
