This is the second time we've used ACE services. They installed air conditioning/ heating in part of the house we're renovating. Job was done quickly, efficiently and sensibly priced. They are an excellent team. Morgan, one of the partners speaks perfect English if it helps - hence the review in English. 100% recommended.
The appointment was made for the following week for the service or our heat pump. The appointment was kept. Brian arrived on time, was super polite, worked quickly and cleanly. From start to finish, almost certainly the best customer service I have ever experienced in France. Would highly recommend ACE!!!

Sadly only 5 stars possible, so here it is: 6 stars please. This is our first experience with ACE for maintenance on a Daikin Heat pump.The technician who arrived (and seemed full of beans) wasn't discouraged by the rain and improvised a little tent over the area where he could do his work... and helped me with a totally unrelated (and unbilled!) problem (drilling a serious hole through a thick wall) as he had the tools (and experience) for it (I didn't). And did some research in a recurring (probably software) problem that the Daikin has. Very pleasant experience. I did say 6 stars, didn't I. Well: that. Hope to see you back next time.
