service is not good I had gas made for the car A/C. But it was already written on the vehicle Those people filled the gas and said the problem has been solved but the problem still persists The thing was that there was already a leakage in it. So those people take useless money
I went there to change only one bulb on the front and one bulb back. Total two bulbs. So basically just for two bulbs, I paid a total amount of 70 euros. The price was bit high for me but I thought if the service is good why not. After finishing I returned home and found out that my left side rear brake light was not working which was working fine before I went there. It was already night at that time. The next day when I went there in the morning, I asked about the situation. It took me literally an hour to get a response. I was told that the technician didn’t even touch the brake lights and it’s not their fault and that need to buy one bulb and also pay for the assembly. I agreed to pay the bulb but I told them I won’t pay for assembly as the day before, I have paid 21euros just to assemble one lightbulb of the Number plate. Especially the way the chief technician said was very very rude. When I started to explain to him, he said “it’s new day, yesterday is gone and you have to pay”. I went right away as I knew there was no use to argue. So basically I paid 70 euros for two bulbs with assembly. I hope you will progress your professionalism and need some really good training.
I took an online appointment at 16:00, expected to finish at 17:00. I received an sms confirming appointment. I gave the key in time and went to Mc Do with my son. When I came and checked at 17:00 my car was still in the parking lot :) They say ok we'll take care of it, with my son we sat inside and waited for 25 mins, then I went and checked the car was still in the parking lot. Took my keys and left for good. I wish I could read here earlier...
I ordered a product online. I saw it'll be available with in 2 hours. But I went there the next day. But they don't find my product because they don't have it! I asked them how should be it possible, I already paied. Then they told me they have problem on there website! This is not so professional!
Went to make headlights and number plate light ..took many time and ones they finished and ready to pay there is nobody at caisse again waiting game going one when there are lots of their people wearing uniform going here and there and most importantly when they gave back our car and we notice our break light not functioning when it was functioning before so next morning went to ask..they said we didn’t touch ur break light and didn’t help us at all so called service client and now waiting for ans hope they have solution.
Ordered electric bike online to be picked up from that address, they first gave me the wrong bike then I had to return hours later to pick the right one except they didn’t know how to print my invoice. It was unprofessional.
It's OK but not prium
Big auto store with few English speaking staff. I won't to get the car tyres changed and the process was comfortable. They take your car for 1 hour or so for this.
