We celebrated a birthday dinner at Holen Restaurant in Rennes and had a wonderful experience. The restaurant focuses on using local and organic ingredients, which is a huge plus for me. I appreciated the emphasis on fresh vegetables as well as other products sourced from the surrounding region. The quality of the food was exceptional. Each dish was expertly prepared and beautifully presented, and I could taste the care and attention that went into the ingredients. The flavors were simply outstanding, and I found myself savoring every bite. The ambiance of the restaurant was also very enjoyable. The décor was modern and chic, but still had a warm and inviting feel. The service was impeccable, and the staff were knowledgeable and attentive. Good quality of seasonal ingredients! Nice service with comfortable environment! The group is professional! They presented the meals in a fluent and manner way, especially the sommelier.

DO NOT BOOK - IT IS CLOSED Booked this restaurant online thinking I would have a nice dinner. Two days before the reservation I received an email where I had to confirm my reservation. I arrived to the restaurant with no lights on and a for sale sign in the window. The day after the reservation was supposed to take place, I received an automated email thanking me for my reservation. Very disappointed that the restaurant is closed. The website and booking system should be taken down!!!

Very tasty and good select of vine! Make sense to take caffe as it goes with super dessert .

Inhospitable service, only one white wine and one red wine. No substitutions, even for allergies, very slow service, food was unimaginative, and not worth the money. As a one star Michelin restaurant they do not take American Express, not worth the money and over rated

Had lunch here. Set menu of 3 courses. Was very very good. Wonderful room. Great food. And very keenly priced for the quality.

The food was greatt. One thing I noticed was all my dishes were cold food. Not sure if it was intentional. I enjoyed my time here
