I bought my girlfriends engagement ring here at Perouse and they made the entire experience so easy and stresss free they were incredible! Lucile was my life saver, since we were just exchanging emails she was extremely helpful, important note, I live in Costa Rica, the shop is in Paris. She had a video call with me to show me the styles of rings I liked, we then continued our conversation through WhatsApp for months, all this time helping me with everything. In December I went to the store to order the ring I wanted, it took 6 weeks for it to be ready and once I saw the ring my heart dropped, it's even more beautiful that I could have imagined and my girlfriend absolutely loves it!!! I highly recommend this store. Specially as we don't buy every day a Dimond ring, so making it special and nice experience was essential for us. From the moment I had sent my first email to the moment I have bought a ring, it was wonderful experience. Their understanding of what I actually wanted, being very flexible to help me with making an appointment at their store, to the help during the last choice we made, everything was flawless. The gave us as well an explanation about the diamond we were interesting to buy, which was very nice to hear.
