Incredible service. After holding out without aircon for so long, we decided to get one, and DECOTHERM came highly recommended by many friends. We walked five minutes to the store from our place, and met up with frontman Boris. After a few minutes of discussing aircons and where we lived, etc., Boris simply said he would come over right there and then to check out the place and give us a quote. By that evening, we had everything booked, no muss no fuss. Two weeks later, they installed it within a few hours and did an amazing job! Not only did the workers install everything very neatly, but they also cleaned up all the mess, and left nothing behind. The work that was done is fantastic, and the service was just as spectacular! I highly recommend Decotherm for your aircon needs!!

Un travail absolument exemplaire ! L'installateur est intervenu en juin, en pleine canicule sous une chaleur étouffante de 37 °C. Il a travaillé toute la matinée sans s'arrêter une seule seconde, avec un courage et un professionnalisme impressionnants. L'installation est d'une finition irréprochable, propre et soignée. Le matériel (Daikin) est vraiment au top et de très haute qualité. Résultat : un confort incroyable pour passer l'été au frais ! Un grand merci pour ce travail nickel. Je recommande les yeux fermés !
