CITY MAT

Perfect location for the Museum of Air and Space, less than a 5 minute walk distance! Great spacious room, including a small kitchenette. Everything was perfectly cleaned and well organized. Service is good but the front dest is often left without someone to attend guests. Would recommend and would stay again!!

The frontdesk was very helpful with everything from luggage storage to checking in. They facilities we got for the price was amazing, sauna, fitness room, and even a kitchen with all of the utensils! It's only a 15 minute drive from Paris CDG, and there are plenty of bakeries and takeaways nearby. Only downside from my experience was that our coffee machine was quite dirty so we didn't use it, and our dustbin lid was detached whilst the step-down was just not working. But they're jjust minor things for me

We spend 2 night in this apartment. It’s a great apartment/hotel near with airport, the breakfast taste was nice. The room facility is good and complete.they have 2 heater, one each room. One heater was broke but they give us the portable heater. It’s recommended hotel.

I loved my stay in Appart City! The front desk staff was amazing. My favorite people that I will never forget are Sara and Joannick. They were always willing to go above and beyond for any and everything I needed. I can’t wait to come back and stay with my front desk staff family again in the near future. PS: A personal message to the management staff, please encourage your front desk staff to always be nice, friendly, and personal with all of the guests. Let them have fun as this is what made my experience the greatest thing ever!

Decent basic hotel. We were surprised by how far the hotel was from Paris, but the hotel staff were accommodating in allowing us to check out early so we could find a better location.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days from 14 May to 18 May this Hotel is pathetic we booked three rooms they haven’t done cleaning for 4 days not even dustbin the staff is too rude and from reception my money was stolen by a stranger who was familiar with Hotel staff they didn’t even bothered about the incident We stayed in fear for complete 4 days plz do not stay in this hotel it is very unsafe

Thank you for your attention! I appreciate it. Your reception staff are excellent. The room is just great for the Paris area. However, the breakfast is a disaster. The woman who was in charge of breakfast was sitting in Tik Tok and didn't care about anything else. 1. The buffet ran out of water. I asked her to bring some water. There was no water at all! She brought the water and sat back down at Tik Tok. 2. I approached her again because the buffet had run out of salad. She brought some and sat back down at Tik Tok. 3. Then the bread ran out. Completely. For the third time, I went to complain to the reception desk with the last piece of bread in my hand. After that, this lovely woman ran off and brought some bread. Then she went back to TikTok. I always write reviews on Booking. Thank you for your request. I have given you my opinion and that is enough for me. I will not post this on Booking. Employees like this bring shame on the establishment. Thank you again for your attention. You have a wonderful hotel. Good luck!!!

Ambiance is good. But service is ok-ok. Had hard time for breakfast. Hardly any option for vegetarian. Breads were finished within 1st 15mins after breakfast started. Even for juice refills it took forever everyday. Even after putting do not disturb on room, staff was entering into room (easily understood by things moved around the room in our absence). & Inspite of visiting, towels were not replaced, dustbin wasn't cleared, empty soap bottles weren't refilled.
