Very good reliable company. The teams of workers are very professional, reliable, presentable and polite. The work is done well and on time, with attention to detail. They have a schedule and stick to it. They are absolutely not cheap, but do not claim to be so. I had lower estimates from other companies but I did not have a good impression when I met them to obtain quotes, so I chose this company, as I had a positive impression from the outset. As far as I can see they have their own employees so there are no sub-contractors, only dedicated teams. Neighbours in the building and other tradesmen were all very impressed with and said good things about the workers on-site. The teams speak French and other European languages too, so communication was easy. I highly recommend this company.

We have used Nice Travaux Renovation to effectively transform our apartment from builders grade boring to beautifully painted and appointed. They are reliable - always arriving at the designated time - and consistently go above and beyond to make what is normally a very arduous and stressful process very easy and smooth. Our point person, Alexi, is fluent in multiple languages (including English, clearly), and he somehow always makes time to coordinate their versatile crew to fit in our newest ideas.

We used Nice Travaux Renovation for the first time to renovate two bathrooms in our Nice apartment. The project manager Alexei quickly provided a detailed quote so we were all clear on the work to be carried out. The apartment was empty and we left the team to do the work without us on site as we were in the UK throughout. This was not a problem as the communication was excellent throughout using WhatsApp and email with Alexei regularly sending videos showing progress, any issues to discuss and material choices. Alexei’s English is excellent and so this made it really easy for us and at no time was there any confusion over instructions. We made some changes to items as the work progressed without any problem. The team took real care of our apartment, and the communal areas of the building. They used lots of plastic sheeting to isolate the other rooms and covered all the wooden floors. Also, the team carried out an extremely thorough tidy up after the work leaving hardly any dust behind and all surfaces sparkling clean. We next saw the apartment on completion and the work exceeded our expectations. The workmanship is very high quality with a superb finish to all the tiling and very neat fitting of all bathroom units and showers. All the suggestions for tiles, showers, taps and cabinetry etc were great - the quality was high and very good value. The work was all carried out on time with a start being made around 2 weeks after the contract was agreed. We had no surprises as the work went ahead and when there were a few issues Alexei explained it all via video and more importantly suggested a cost effective solution. We are delighted with our two new bathrooms. Everything looks superb with a modern look and it works fantastically well - powerful showers and great drainage. It was genuinely a great experience from start to finish. We felt we made a bit of a ‘leap of faith’ in going ahead with builders we had only met on one visit but out trust was repaid many times o
