This is not a Hotel it is a private residential home for the elderly that rent out vacant apartments. The listed restaurant is actually the residential dining room that offers the menu that the residents are offered for their lunch ? You are asked to complete a tick list to order your breakfast for the following morning which is prepared for you in advance…. Very similar to a typical hospital arrangement… rooms are clean and comfortable but within the care home residents quarters. If you’re looking for a “care home experience “ then this is the place for you.

Poorly equped kitchen 1 frying pan 1 saucepan no utencels 2 mug small sofa that has seen better days but the huge problem was the roadworks rightside our room from 8 in the morning till 17.00 our complaints fell on deff ears with the staff pretending not to speak English but they did speak English because I heard doing so when they were on the phone

The positives: Nice friendly staff and clean spacious apartments. Lovely little pool with integrated jacuzzi. It was useful to have a kitchenette with fridge and kettle although limited equipment and utensils. Good value for the space and facilities compared to the alternatives for an overnight stop. The negatives: A little strange as it is a retirement home (we didn't realise this when booking with booking.com). The parking is underground with a height restriction (again not included in the description when we booked. Bad smell in bathrooms (musty/drains) would put us off staying again.

I wish I could give 4.5 stars. Although the staff was unfamiliar with English, they tried their best to communicate with us and were very helpful. The rooms were excellent in every aspect aside from the bad smell in the bathroom. I DEFINITELY RECCOMEND.

Perfect place to stay overnight, very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

Stayed for 4 nights, towels supposed to be changed every 2 night however that never happened. Advertised as an English speaking hotel but in 4 days only found one receptionist that spoke very little English. Couldn’t get wi-fi to work the entire stay there. Horrible smell from the drain in the bathroom. Room was clean and kitchen equipped. Easy access with room key card. Secure parking lot.

We went as a couple who normally stay in hotels! Good space but room were hot and stuffy no aircon Staff were good About bizarre as you stall in a separate wing of sheltered accomodation but in a way that was ok. n Bfast 8€ a head v reasonable price continental style Restaurant adequate but very limited menu nice staff tho. Not for us but I think this would be good for a family as is suite accomodatio

Appalling place, the whole apartment smelled of raw sewerage which was unbearable to the point of nausea. Unhelpful staff, no guidance on parking or even where the room was in the complex, very much like an old people’s home. Had to move rooms at midnight to a room less pungent, but still with smell evident. Didn’t sleep at all on a very small uncomfortable bed. Come morning, no kettle so had to boil water in a pan with a hob that had a mind of its own. Car park says 2m but there are some dangerous concrete beams which are much lower. Just bad all round, wouldn’t recommend.
