Dear Specialist Guillaume Casseau - Flagship Store Manager, Oscar de la Renta, Paris I looked everywhere, and only your company came through with a beautiful sleveless jewel neck dress: Your floral field dress - what I have been desiring and I am so very pleased. The dress is perfect. A true special flower design of genuinely outstanding quality including materials with a warmth and discreet elegance and a touch of robustness as well as fragility. I love the simplicity. I love what the pansy flower symbolize. And I love the magic in the shape of the dress and the colours. A dress, genuinely special and make you feel good. But I have not only bought a great product from you; dealing with you has been a delight. I had a completely positive experience with you from beginning to end. You had one unwavering focus: Me, your customer. No matter that I live abroad. You answer e-mails personally. You answer e-mails honestly. You give advice with integrity. You will do anything you can to help. It was truly a pleasure to buy from you and I really appreciated the efficient and friendly correspondence I had with you. Thank you too for safe packaging so the dress arrived in perfect condition and for the quick delivery. My experience of buying from you is excellent, highly recommended for customer care. You are a genuinely caring manager who put an effort into getting all the pieces of a purchase process to work perfectly and function with ease for the buyer. Best regards, Jensen

Zoe was fantastic. She assisted us in selecting a gorgeous gown in Paris and then arranged a seamless delivery to our home in Washington. We look forward to returning to Paris and shopping with her soon!
