I ordered a five drawer desk for 399€ in March. I returned the desk within a week of receiving it. Maison du Monde has NOT refunded my money! I have emailed them several times and they do not respond! Buyer beware! Maison du Monde ‘returns’ are a scam! Do not shop with them!

The staff at this store are very helpful, even with my (currently) limited language skills. The store has a great selection of items that you need to furnish an empty flat or to update one that you already have. I have been in the store several times in the last 2 weeks, and the selection updates frequently. The quality is good, and prices are fair. If you like something, it's best to buy it when you see it, or it might be gone the next time. I had a delivery of a couch made and the young men were helpful and efficient.

Store for home equipment. Very delicate. Vide range. Upper scale. Staff does not see you.

Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered several pieces of furniture and only one item ever arrived—and it wasn’t even the correct one. The rest of the order was never delivered. We reached out to customer service multiple times, but were completely ignored. No refund, no follow-up, no accountability. This company has been a complete nightmare to deal with—we were left with nothing but frustration and wasted money. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. 2 years ago we ordered furniture. 2 out of 9 pieces were delivered. Then we got 6 dining chairs that we didn’t order. To this day no one has picked them back up. Decided to give them a second chance this year. Made an order on July 3rd for a bed and 2 side tables about €1500. They were delivered today with no instructions, no tools, no screws, NOTHING. Basically very good fire wood. And then they offer me a €30 gift voucher to correct the situation. HA! This company should be shut down. Absolutely ridiculous.
