The stay at the hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The room was well furnished, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept very well. Every day, the room was cleaned, and the bed was made. The breakfast is very varied and sufficient. I would like to personally thank the polite administrator, who helped us leave our luggage in the luggage room and was very attentive and helpful. On my next visit to Paris, I will definitely visit your hotel again. The metro stop No. 5 is very close to the hotel. Just one recommendation: the coffee machine at the Mercuri Hotel makes better and more aromatic coffee. Thank you for the pleasant stay at your hotel.

Fantastic experience and perfect location to go to a concert at Zenith! Friendly, efficient staff. My room was actually bigger than I expected for a city hotel, immaculately clean and comfortable. It was quiet all night and must be well-insulated because there was construction across the alley and I didn't hear it at all! Breakfast was also delicious. If I come back to another show, I'll stay again.

This is a relatively new Ibis Styles and it shows in the decor. Really nice and modern. Comfortable rooms and bed, good shower. Had a burger in the restaurant which was good and the service was good as well. Check-in was quick as I had pre-registered. Breakfast was OK but could be improved with more hot choices but in reality it was more than enough. Metro station Hoche is about 5 minutes walk, the RER at Pantin just over 10 minutes walk. Tram 3b is two minutes away. Would use again.

The hotel is 5 minutes away from the nearest metro station, about a 10 minute walk from some popular music venues. The hotel is brand new, rooms are decent sized with nice bathrooms. The rooms did feel like some features were still missing, such as a mini fridge or a room vault. Breakfast was decent, however the staff was relatively slow clearing tables and restocking empty parts of the breakfast. Other than that, the staff was very helpful. For the price this hotel is hard to beat in Paris.

Bad breakfast despite it being free. The milk was sour, cheese was already days old and browning, the juice machine was empty for a while before someone came to refill it. Cups and plates were dirty and stained from being badly washed...

When it's 30 degrees outside and you've been out for 14 hours in the sun. The best sleeping temperatures help you recover. +Peaceful neighborhood. Very quiet even when the windows were open for ventilating the room. +Quiet and cozy rooms. Artistically decorated. +Safety. Controlled and monitored entrance and exit to the hotel +Sumptuous and delicious breakfast with a good variety of food.

Great hotel! Hotel is well situated and very close to the metro station. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. I was very satisfied with the breakfast and have no complaints. The room was well within our budget and worked out much cheaper with the free breakfast, which doesn’t exist much in other European hotels. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Fine stay. No complaints. The room is a bit small but that’s normal in Paris and it worked for me. Excellent service and good breakfast. Good location close to the metro station, a park and plenty restaurants to choose from from.
