Stayed here for 2 nights with my best friend and had a great experience. The room was spacious and the decor was lovely. The location is amazing and very close to all the shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and the lady at the reception was so kind and helpful. Our favorite part of the hotel was the little dog and the adorable, big black cat. We loved cuddling them and seeing them roam around and made our experience in the hotel even better. Highly recommend this hotel to any tourists.
Great place - fantastic spot, a tiny bit noisy but you’re in such a fab location that it doesn’t matter. Close by to the beach, to lovely restaurants and cafes. Stayed there for 9 days with my wife and absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend - must come back soon! Merci beaucoup - Paul & Ami
Great Boutique hotel, amazing/ attentive staff. In a safe and fun area right by the beach with lots of shops and restaurants. The pool|Area was lovely and breakfast was good. The rooms have cool and unique touches that we appreciated. Didn’t mind the minor sounds from the other restaurants near by.
We made this booking at 5pm for the same night . After the booking they sent us a message in which they declare there were one cat and one dog in the facility. My husband has a severe allergy to cats so as soon as we discovered we call them to cancel Less than two hours after the booking . The owner was extremely rude since e the beginning and state that the booking was not refundable !! Also if we explained the medical reasons and claimed that it was passed less than two hours from the booking so it was clear that the room was not requested they didn’t give us any refund saying that it was written in the page . Even the booking staff could not find that phrase at a glance , it was written at the very bottom where none looks We decided to go anyway since we paid and when we arrived the owner pretend nothing was going on , and moreover very rudely insult us after we were upset for his behavior . It was the worst experience ever . Also when we arrive in the room it was poor dirty and ruined as pics can show With a hole in the ceiling and no shower as stated . But the best was … to find earplugs in the room and then we understood why ! An unbearable noise came from the street , even drums , impossible to sleep . We left soon and had to book another place . Remark : even booking did nothing to help with this refund . We are genius level 3 and we are so disappointed that won’t use booking.com again , in this case refund was due and a right of a customer .
This hotel is on an incredibly busy street with music and activities all night. The rooms have very poor noise isolation so you hear everything. Avoid if you want a quiet sleep. The hotel is not in the best condition. Paint and wallpaper peeling, etc. The rooms, especially the bathroom, need some love.
I'll start with- id stay here again! I do recommend a junior suite though rather than a standard room just for the extra space. Funky decor, very clean, very comfortable, everything worked as it should, coffee machine in the room (but no milk!), shower worked well but rain head needed a descale ( I'm a bathroom installer so I notice these things!). Quiet air con which was great. Nice little outside area for chilling with a plunge pool, drinks available and very respectable prices. There was a tabled area in the front of the hotel which i feel would be better suited to a relaxing sofa area. We enjoyed our stay and recommend. Lots of places to eat in the area.
This is my favorite spot in Antibes! The hotel is right in the middle of all of the restaurants, bars, parks and the sea is five minutes at the most to walk to! Also, the family that runs the hotel I feel like are my friends for a long time. They are so very kind with the sweetest kids, dog and cats too! They made me feel like I was family, truly and I will be forever grateful for how available and helpful the lady of the house was to me. I will be back soon to this hidden gem of an experience!!! Bravo!
One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Dripping A/C that they did not disclose ahead of time and refused to take any responsibility / accountability for.Then the curtain + rod fell and they accused us of pulling it down - yelling at my partner in front of other guests. They refunded us for a single night (out of three) despite having to move us around to different rooms in the hotel because our floor was flooding and the curtain was not easily fixed. When we arrived, there was no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom - and when we contacted them to ask for these items as well as see about the A/C - we did not hear back from anyone for several hours. When they did come to help us, it was a mere shrug that nothing could be done and he suggested a trash can and ear plugs. The night they had us move rooms (our second night), we came back to the hotel to find our room unlocked with an envelope at reception containing keys to a different room. Upon check out, we expressed dismay that they did not contact us to let us know we had to move rooms, and that they also then asked us to move back to our original room the following day. Instead of apologizing or taking any responsibility, they started yelling and said we didn't answer our phones (they never called, emailed or texted) and again blamed us for the situation as "none of this has ever happened." The yelling took place in front of other guests, and I've recorded the incident as well. They should be ashamed of how they conducted themselves. So much for a 'relaxing 4 star stay.'
