CROUS

I have had a good experience with CROUS. The staff are helpful and responsive, and the administrative procedures are generally clear. The accommodation is convenient for students, and requests are handled professionally. Overall, a reliable service for student housing.

AVOID Crous if not wanting your money & valuables stolen! Extremely impolite staff and disrespectful manager. Stolen from my room all my cash (Euros500+), by a temp STAFF who used a STAFF KEY, as a series of theft at Crous-Benjamin Delessert. Not one staff member showed even one thread of care. Reported to the police with a fellow theft victim. Back and forth correspondences with the director M. Stephane Bastien. The police even caught the thief. Mailed a signed dédommagement request letter internationally per his request. In the end, nothing. Worst, and more importantly, most HURTFUL experience in all my experiences through the years in France. When I first told the front desk staff about the theft, I got eye rolls and snarky responses (plus, according to someone after me, when I turned my back they commented loudly that I was lying, why on earth would I be the only one from whom got stollen? turned out, I was so not the only one.) i'm not asking for customer service, just common human decency. so, AVOID! Seriously, just use the 500+Euros more, get a small place in better location with a lot less snide.

Found BED BUGS in their dormitory. Moreover, it was very dirty there as well as in a room. I moved out directly. It has been almost three months that they do not give my money back that I paid in advance. AWFUL!!!

Seriously, it's very awful service it makes me 10 days i call them no return very sad.
