INVOXIA

I'm using 2 GPS Tracker Classic since 2019 and 2022. 5 years ago, I would have rated 4 or 5 stars, but the quality of the tracking is going worse and worse (don't know if comes from the network - tried both LoRa and SigFox and saw no major difference - or the device itself). The positions are received on a frequency that can not be forecasted (and not the one configured). Sometimes, no position is received a whole day long (while the tracker has moved). Even the application has now a weird behaviour with a correct position - when lucky - displayed under the tracker's ID but the moving map showing the previous position with missing traject lines (tried everything a technician can think of, without success). Not willing to buy a Tracker PRO as it's 50% more expensive + a subscription to LTE-M. Will unfortunatelly look for alternatives.

After 7 years of good service, the battery of my Invoxia device stopped recharging. I ordered a new tracker which was delivered very quickly, and swiftly added to my account. Invoxia also complemented my 1 year connexion subscription with 9 months left over from my previous device. A very helpful and reactive customer service !

This is the stupidest tracker ever!!! I have an Invoxia tracker for my bike. When I already reached my house, the tracker still showed that my bike was somewhere else in the middle of the streets that I passed by 30’ ago. My ex bf secretly installed another 3 trackers on my bike/ jackets that he bought from Invoxia, none of them worked!! I just went straight from house to school every day but it showed him that my bike was in the middle of streets so he thought I might have an affair with someone 🤣🤣🤣 For this ridiculous reason, we broke up! I can’t stand that he tried to control me and he- with stupid Invoxia trackers, always got me wrong!!!
