Quoted 289eur + VAT for spare part that costs 5-15eur in shops, plus emergency call out fee totalling 770eur only to be fixed 3 days later. Found another contractor that fixed everything for 200eur the same day.

The company was called to fix a tent on the terrace. They came in saying the problem was the cable of the tent and provide us with a fee estimate for 4+k. They then came again saying there was additional work to be done so eventually provided for an updated fee estimate fo 5+k, however no line of the fee estimate other than the overall price was amended to reflect such additional work. Eventually they came in to fix the tent and put in a cord used for boats rather than one aluminium one for tents. As a result, in the following days the cord broke since it was not strong enough and the overall tent fell over a glass table destrying it and other piece of forniture of the terrace. We were lucky enought that no people were sitting at the table. When asked to be reimbursed of the 2k down payment we made they stopped responding. We are thus now suing them in court. Do not give work to these people.

i found these guys on internet search and asked them to check my shutter. They mentioned , dropping by and giving estimate costs 50 euro which was fine. After checking the shutter they gave me an estimate of 2700 EURO for 4.2X2.2 shutter replacement which i found it high but never question the price. Anyhow, , they asked me 270 EURO same day and when i asked it should be 50 euro, they said they have done some works ( basically he just lifted the shutter for extra 220 EURO), After fixing the shutter week after, they asked us to pay the whole amont only on credit card which we declined as we offered 1000 per transaction and remaining with check. they wanted us a proof that they can not take more money on credit card otherwise they will remove the shutter they installed .Anyhow pls always read reviews as they are good customer service indicator. am i use them again in future? abs. NOT.

ATTENTION 🚨🚨🚨!! Entreprise à éviter absolument. Devis facturé 300€ SANS AUCUNE INFORMATION préalable sur son caractère payant. Rideau de store facturé 2 500€ alors que le même produit est disponible à 1 200€ partout ailleurs, soit plus du double du prix réel. J'envisage de signaler ces pratiques à la DGCCRF. Renseignez-vous bien et demandez plusieurs devis avant de faire appel à cette entreprise.

Volet roulant coincé, certes ils ont décoincé pour 319€ payable de suite Devis proposé pour soit disant tout changer, nécessaire selon eux , 1300€ J’ai fait intervenir quelqu’un d’autre qui m’a dit que ce n’était pas nécessaire , mon volet marche Donc attention, prix exorbitant, relances, risque de se faire arnaquer Dommage de tout le temps être dans la crainte de se faire abuser

A fuir…venus a deux pour réparer un volet roulant qui ne se relevait plus, facture payable de suite 330€ pour amener celui- ci à mi fenêtre et s’en aller sans réparer. Cette société est une arnaque. Regardez les avis avant de la faire intervenir…

Le réparateur est venu pour dépanner un volet roulant - dit que le moteur était mort alors qu’on l’entendait - prix prohibitif 1500€- on refuse - Prix demandé et payé pour le Seul diagnostic qui s’avérera faux :400€ Un autre intervenant a mis 30mn pour réparer les sangles - moteur ok A fuir …
