My colleague upon check outs room was barged into, she was verbally abused and wasn’t fully dressed. Yet the male member of staff continued to raise his voice, continued to walked into to the room and invade her privacy. It was Appalling. And the female members of staff here should be ashamed to not see a problem with this.

My Impressions: Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Le CannetI recently looked into staying at Zenitude Le Cannet, and here are the things that stood out to me — the good, the meh, and what to expect.⸻👍 What I Liked 1. Spacious, Apartment-Style Rooms with KitchenettesThis is one of the hotel’s strongest points. The rooms aren’t tiny hotel rooms but more like serviced apartments: air-conditioned, equipped with a kitchenette (fridge, stove/hob, microwave, kettle, cutlery). It really gives a “home away from home” feel.  2. Convenient LocationIt’s about 3–4 km from Cannes and La Croisette, which is close enough to access beaches, festivals, shopping, etc., without staying in the more expensive, crowded center. Also, there are bus stops nearby, so you can reach attractions without a car.  3. Good Amenities for RelaxationThe outdoor swimming pool (open roughly May-October), the balcony or terrace in many units, free WiFi, parking options—all helpful, especially when traveling with more than just hand luggage or when you want downtime.  4. Eco-Friendly & Sustainable PracticesThe residence has the Green Key label, which means they make an effort on environmental policies, waste management, local procurement, etc. For people who care about this, that adds extra value.  5. Friendly Staff & Decent ValueMany reviewers praise the service and the friendliness of staff. For what you pay, you get good value, especially if you don’t need luxury, but want something clean, functional, comfortable. 

I had a really nice stay at Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Le Cannet. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Great location, quiet but still close to Cannes. Overall, a solid and convenient place to stay. I’d definitely come back

After checking in, I discovered urine stains on the mattress, plus what appeared to be feces stains, dirt and crumbs. There wasn't a mattress protector. I reported it to the front‑desk agent (short blonde hair, black glasses – Katia). She said the hotel does not clean mattresses, that all rooms are the same, and that they can only change the sheets. When I said I could not stay on a dirty mattress, she offered to downgrade me to another room but warned I could not inspect the new mattress because that would require cleaning staff to be sent in. She refused to let me speak with a manager and wouldn't provide a refund. Since I book through Agoda, I contacted Agoda support about an hour later. Both the hotel and Agoda later told me no refund would be issued. I reached out to management twice after that and never received a response. Bottom line: Unsanitary room, unhelpful staff, no compensation, and no follow‑up from management. I cannot recommend staying here.

Average property but very good location. Bus stop is less than a 5 min walk and if only takes about 20 mins to get to the beach. Very cheap bus fares. Property is close by (again not even a 5 min walk) to convenience shops, bakeries, butchers, fish mongers which is nice as we made use of the cooking facilities in the apartment. The kitchen utensils however were disappointing. Our bread knife was broken / hazardous. No proper cooking utensils available so cooking was a struggle. Our room was only cleaned once. The kitchen was still left a mess when we came back to the room. Most of the staff were pleasant apart from one lady at reception. Dark haired lady. Very rude and didn’t seem bothered to want to help at all. She had attitude towards us when we questioned her about overcharging us for our stay… which she did and she didn’t even apologise. Don’t think she should be working in reception if that’s how she treats paying guests. Apart from that pool was ok. Made use of the ping pong table which was fun. Hotel clean but could do with refurbishment. It’s a little run down in places. Liked the fact there is filtered cold and sparkling water available 24/7 free of charge in reception which was much needed while there during summer.

Everything was just perfect. Clean and tidy rooms, clean and very beautiful structure. Kind and very prepared staff. I thank everyone for the wonderful stay. I hope to be able to stay at your structure again in the future. Thank you

We stayed 9 nights at the hotel and we must say that the room was nice and clean, the bed linen and towels were new and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette is small but it's just what you need when you're on holiday. The swimming pool was a delight and free towels were provided to the guests as long as you were early in the morning! But still it was a nice token. It's in a quite place but if, like us, you like walking it is a 35-minute walk to La Croisette. Or you can choose to take bus 1 or N1 at night. We recommend the place with no hesitation.

The place is very clean with a mini kitchen. The room and balcony are a bit tired and out dated and could do with some paint and soft furnishings ,air conditioning was very poor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was an nice location away from the crowds and you could get a bus ride close to hotel to all the restaurants etc.
