The end result is good, however getting there meant a of patience and communications with Tucoenergie to get things done. Communication with the operations has to improve, no communication between the technical individual who evaluate everything to be done at our house and the operational team in charge of actually doing the installation. No personal safety equipment for the team installing the panels on a 20 meters high roof...Eventually as said the end result is good and working well and two thumbs up for our Project manager, Maximilien C, who was always there to answer questions or frustrations.

Hi. Very impressed with the insulation. Tucoenergie did what they said they would when they said. The men who did the insulation were very nice and tidy in their work. Just waiting for Enedis to get their act together.
