I had a patella reconstruction a few days ago. The doctors, anesthetists and emergency staff were wonderful. I am absolutely horrified by the treatment given in the ward by the different nursing staff! Luckily I am a pharmacist - none of my regular tablets were proposed until today (day 3). blood thinners almost administered twice in one day. pain management by paracetamol the first night. I had to call staff at least 10 times to get something stronger as I was in excruciating pain! Communication between the day and night staff is absolutely atrocious. Thank goodness they called the doctor and anesthetist at the end of the first night and I got a nerve block on the second day. I have never had such a bad nursing experience! Try to spend as little time in ward as possible! Training and communication is sadly missing.

Busy clinic you must to walk around to find the entrance. You must have enough time if it's your 1st time. Follow the signs.

My daughter had infection we were waiting 4h in emergency hospital. Staff spoke english and was really helpful Dr Marie L. helped my daughter a lot. Thank you 😊

Dr. Gonda = Dictator Gonda. God have mercy on your soul if you are a man with an ounce of manhood. I simply talked on behalf of my wife that is not french, reflecting her desires and questions. Dictator Gonda will berate you and quite figuratively want you to bend over and have it her way. How dare we question your rights and consent.. if you do, she will label you as being ‘Combative’. Even though we are very respectful, and polite. She projects her own personal flaws and insecurities.. and will be combative herself. My wufe herself stopped her and tells her my husband is protecting my desires, he us protectivg my values, me. She has the audacity ti reply with “no”. She will even make decisions for you, think for you. Pretend to know your values. A repulsive extreme feminist that is insecure and hates any man that has his wife’s back. Stay away from her if you have a set of balls. She’ll be jealous of you and treat you like shit. The devil’s work. This is satan’s peon.

Gynécologue doctor was good here, i had a nice doctor, the staff was nice there too! But the secretary at the ORL was terrible! Rolling her eyes, throwing pen, was not being helpful! Please give her some training of how to be a reception/secretary! If a person has no manner/ not client orientated, please change your job, svp!

They did the job and gave me a consult + prescription. However the attitude of the doctor and nurse was very poor and condescending.

Used it’s emergency, everyone was very helpful and kids, doctors helped a lot, thank you so much!
