Had troughout bad experience with this company . 1. The metal sheets and material used is of low quality. Only very few parts are calvanized. Worst is that when we backfilled the sheets were bending and could not support the filling pressure. We had to reinforce it by building a cement ring costing over 4000 euros. 2. When ordering you are told to be able to choose the liner you want. Once you select from their catalogue you are told the item is not available and they will propose you items which they have in stock. I was able to source our choice easily from another supplier and busatta refused to compensate me. 3. The installation is done poorly using troughout shortcuts , such as low quality screws and fixing material .
