I will highlight my review by the imcompetence and lack of proper training in this branch I brought in 2021 my Note 20 ultra 5g from Boulanger Saint Martin D'heres branch, I had a screen crack issue where I went again to Saint Martin D'heres boulanger for repairation and they welcomed me alot and send it to Samsung and was perfect Indeed, I had another crack issue this year and I went again to this branch in Merignac, I explained the situation and for proposal to repair it and the answer was simple No We can't deal with the issue- Try with Wefix. I MEAN COME ON EITHER SYNCHRONIZE YOUR RESPONSE LIKE OTHER BRANCHES OR DONT SELL PRODUCTS. #incompetence

Slow service. Even on a slow weekday with sufficient staff.
