I’ve been buying from Fragonard regularly since 2019 — shirts, perfumes, even plates and carpets for the house. I’ve always admired the house. Yesterday at the Cannes store, however, the service was quite off. The sales assistant followed us around as if we might slip something into a pocket. She kept asking whether we were going to buy, which one we wanted, and repeatedly mentioned she needed to put things back — while my husband and I were still trying things on. That’s not how you create a relaxed fitting room atmosphere. It rushed our decisions, and not in a good way. We still spent over €500 in the end, on both men’s and women’s clothing and some tableware. But the experience left a sour taste. I used to be able to browse and try things on quietly, at my own pace. This time, it felt hurried and unwelcoming. A shame, really. That’s not the Fragonard I remember.

Excellent shop. The most friendly and professional staff I ever saw. Many languages spoken. An excellent choice of real natural French parfumes and funny textiles - both for ladies and gentlemen. Permanent Sales actions from end November till February!

A beautiful store with kind people to get original presents for your loved ones or nice stuff for your house, yourself or else. A must-see !

Really wonderful service here, and great selection of products. The Fragonard boutiques vary wildly in the level of service provided. I.E. St Tropez, awful; St paul de vence, non existent; Grasse, uppity; Eze, pretty good. The Cannes location is lovely. Very helpful staff and very welcoming. Lovely scents, clothes, household goods, and more. Will be back!

I absolutely love this store. It’s been such a joy watching it grow into the beautiful Provence-inspired concept store it is today. We sampled the Fleur de Citronnier, which was wonderfully evocative, and we couldn’t resist picking up a couple of cotton kaftans along with some “off to university” gifts. If you’re ever in the area, I’m sure you’ll fall in love with it too.

One of the most famous local Perfumery that offers some other items like scarfs, table linen, tableware and accessories. Not cheap, but totally worth it.

Very fast and tasty, always the right ingredients. Toro nigiri and Harasu nigiri 🍣 are amazing.
