Incredible service. After holding out without aircon for so long, we decided to get one, and DECOTHERM came highly recommended by many friends. We walked five minutes to the store from our place, and met up with frontman Boris. After a few minutes of discussing aircons and where we lived, etc., Boris simply said he would come over right there and then to check out the place and give us a quote. By that evening, we had everything booked, no muss no fuss. Two weeks later, they installed it within a few hours and did an amazing job! Not only did the workers install everything very neatly, but they also cleaned up all the mess, and left nothing behind. The work that was done is fantastic, and the service was just as spectacular! I highly recommend Decotherm for your aircon needs!!

Un seul mot : PARFAIT ! Nous avons fait appel à Boris et son équipe pour le remplacement d’une Clim et l’ajout d’une nouvelle dans une autre pièce ! Pris d’urgence par nos fortes chaleurs, en plein mois de Juillet, quand certains ne répondent même pas au téléphone, Decotherm a su être réactif (de la prise du premier rdv, en passant par le devis jusqu’à l’installation), un travail propre et parfait ! (Couverture de protection, aspirateur, …) Je ne manquerai pas de recommander cette entreprise autour de moi !
