Yoann is extremely reliable and the work he he has been providing both installing ACs as well as regular plumbing recently has been flawless. Can highly recommend Expertubes and Yoann.

I have used this company for a number of years and am happy to recommend them. They provide a swift and efficient service.

Although I recognize some elements of the other reviews (smooth, clean installation etc) I am extremely critical of the judgement of the choice for the right heating solution and the after service, primarily the total lack of communication. It appears that the advised machine (total project of over 40K€) is not warming the house. In winter the temperature in the house varies between 14 and 17C. On top the Hitachi machine (under guarantee) needs already the second time a new print plate. The communication to Yoann is already over months not followed up by Yoann, not even a simple answer or recognition that something is on its way - no communication at all! So overall: smooth sales traject, smooth installation, but if things are not right you are in the “cold” (happend to us twice over a long weekend)
