I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Upon arrival, the lobby was dirty, which immediately set a negative tone for my visit. The concierge seemed more interested in her phone than assisting guests, leaving me waiting for quite some time before receiving help. Additionally, the neighborhood felt questionable, and I was unsettled by the constant screaming and fighting outside. It made for an uncomfortable stay overall. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
B&B Hotel Paris Est Bobigny is a convenient and affordable stay option on the outskirts of Paris. The hotel offers clean, functional rooms with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable visit. Guests often appreciate the quiet surroundings, friendly service, and easy access to public transport for reaching the city center. It’s a great choice for travelers looking for a simple, budget-friendly base while exploring Paris.
The hotel in itself is, for the price category, actually above average. However, it is in a dodgy area and half the rooms face onto a noisy building site. ||||This hotel is still not through its infancy problems: two false fire-alarms in three nights, electrics hanging loose. The rooms are stuffy and smell of new building. However, don't open the window at night unless you are prepared to get seriously bitten!||||It is a fair guess that the staff are low paid, but they still smile and they fixed my television.||||If you need to stay in Drancy/Bobigny and cost is your priority, then do stay here. Otherwise, try to find a good rate nearer downtown.
I would not recommend this hotel based on my recent experience. During our stay, I requested some hot water for my father, who is diabetic. Unfortunately, instead of assisting us, the receptionist closed access to the coffee machines in the restaurant area. When I asked about it, she initially said she had forgotten, briefly reopened the area, and then closed it again shortly afterward. The situation felt uncomfortable and unaccommodating. Additionally, communication was somewhat challenging, as several staff members had limited English proficiency. There was also an interaction with one staff member that I perceived as unwelcoming, which further affected our experience. The room was booked for three people, yet only two towels were provided. Basic amenities such as in-room tea or coffee facilities were also not available, which was disappointing. As this was my first visit to France, traveling from Austria, I had hoped for a more positive and hospitable experience. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations.
Okay, here goes. We booked this hotel because we stayed at one of their hotels in Brussels. However, as soon as we arrived, we had to pay €13 per day for breakfast plus an additional tax. In Brussels, it was different; breakfast was included. We had a serious problem with the bed: the mattress was wet with urine. We noticed just as we were about to go to sleep. We told the receptionist, and they immediately moved us to a room without beds for two people. The elevator didn't work at all. The reception staff are not friendly at all. They're like robots; there's only one guy who speaks good English. This hotel charges you for everything, even for a coffee. At the B&B Hotel in Brussels, the services were free, and the receptionist was very friendly. The only good thing about this hotel is the cats roaming around.
The hotel room turned out to be smaller than I expected, but it was functional. Unlike most B&B hotels, which offer complimentary water, coffee, and tea, this hotel charged for them. The hotel staff were helpful.
Definitely not worth the prices they charge. It's in a bad area , the windows are all smashed on the front of the building it looks very ugly and intimidating makes you feel unsafe. The coffee machine takes your money and doesn't give you the coffee and they don't even bother to put a sign in the machine to say it doesn't work. When you complain that it takes your money for nothing they don't pay it back and say its not their problem. The reception staff are weird and two faced , one minute the lady was being nice and helpful with me and the next minute she made a really rude comment about english people (i am english)which I found quite offensive The rooms are poor quality, no soundproof, when people slam their doors in neighbouring rooms it feels like an earthquake. The bathrooms are really small with no ventilation too humid. Staff don't communicate correctly on shift changes, I was mistakenly asked to leave when I had paid for another night and also mistakenly asked to pay again I had to tell them I had already paid. Wouldn't recommend this place bad quality and unprofessional
Great clean hotel to sleep and the metro is close by. Just the town near the hotel do not feel the most safe at night. And mising a laundry in the hotel and a small fridge in the room to complete the amenties.
