Lauren was highly organized, making certain we had all of the necessary documentation and reports completed before we put the home we offered the home for sale. Her photos were very good, and the house presented well online. Lauren made a point of understanding the history, and mechanics of our home (unlike the first agent who two months into their listing contract asked what type of heating we had). Lauren was very realistic with us when it came to setting our expectations about pricing, condition and estimated time on the market. Every step of the way, were kept us informed and were well-guided. This was our first French home sale, but the 8th home we'd owned. We have had the opportunity to work with several estate agents over the years. Without hesitation, we can say that Lauren ranks as one of the best.

Purchasing a property can be a very daunting experience (especially abroad) but Lauren has guided us through the process start to finish and without fault, despite the major obstacle with travel restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic and not actually visiting in person yet, however that hasn’t been a problem thanks to excellent communication from her and the team.
