I don’t understand the negative reviews. I listened to them also claiming you cannot submit your passport in person and that they only accept by courier. All false. Great service, quick and efficient. Very helpful staff.

Awful service so far, my passport has been ready for pickup for days and have asked for courier delivery since I am in Spain. I've done over 20 calls, open various tickets, and done their online chat to receive next steps and get the passport delivered. The only answer I am getting is silence through email from their dedicated team and their helpline staff stating that they have been having issues with long waits for courier delivery. The helpline cannot communicate directly with the VAC in Paris as they can only submit tickets (which I can do myself). The helpline staff states that the services are slow because of staff issues. Flying over to Paris would cost me over 300 euros. This is a bad service through and through.

Just awful, so bad. Disrespectful workers, everything is random, you can't hear anything properly, nothing is organized. Very small waiting hall, the previous center is miles better. Too bad.

Avoid at all costs. No one ever tried to contact us or even provide us with the tracking number for our application after we sent the passports. It took me three weeks and 5 calls to find out what our tracking number is. Although I attached a check for the courier delivery to the application, one week after someone called and said that they 'cannot find the check' so I would have to pay again. The only payment method I was offered was making payment by card over the phone which sounds very suspicious. The phone number leads to an outsource call center which has very little relation to the Paris office so even if you want to speak to someone from the application center, you would have to wait until they call you back. That apparently would take indefinite amount of time - I called three times in the last two weeks to request a call back and no one has contacted us yet. Like with any other outsourced call center, no actual help is provided, only apologies and escalations. At the end, after a month of waiting, I had to go to Paris from Toulouse by myself to pick up the passport as my daughter was literally left without any ID. On top of the cheque for delivery, which was lost there and which cost 37 EUR to issue, I had to pay 140 EUR to get the passport back so the total cost of passport collection was 177 EUR. The staff there don't seem to understand even basic client support ethics so the most apologetic phrase I've heard during this month was 'I don't know'. This particular office is quite unprofessional, the waiting times are undefined so you may have to wait for months to get your documents back, they may lose the documents that you send to them. Moreover, there is a very slim chance that you would get the tracking number after they receive the documents. Do not expect to receive emails or text messages from them and get ready to call them multiple times to get any information about your application.
