Wow. What an exceptional meal. Every bite was a delight - I may dream of the caramelised onions on brioche. Portions were generous and it felt excellent value for money given the quality. Nice wine list and service was friendly and unhurried. Would recommend to anyone in Nice

Les Agitateurs is a five-star experience from start to finish. Delicious dishes, unique preparation, and fantastic service. Easy to see why they are awarded a Michelin star and they deserve more praise. Chef is a true artist, fantastic!

Les Agitateurs delivers a masterclass in hospitality and gastronomy. From start to finish, the experience felt deeply personal. Esther, Estée, and Liliane guided us through the menu with incredible warmth and precision, while Max crafted phenomenal drinks at the bar. The team’s attention to detail is rare. They accommodated our food intolerances flawlessly and genuinely listened to our preferences. Chef-owner Samuel Victori’s culinary journeys (Premier voyage) never felt compromised by our restrictions; instead, the kitchen composed a seamless, precise, and generous menu around us. The sauces alone were deeply layered and intense. Seeing how such imaginative, world-class food emerges from their remarkably compact kitchen was the icing on the cake. Highest recommendation!

A very memorable experience! We started in the heart of the restaurant with a glass of champagne and amuse bouche before moving to the main dining area to select our menu. We chose to do the Infinite Horizons and a bottle of wine, and we were already full by then of the sixth or seventh course. The food was delicious and has very intense range of flavors.

We tried the restaurant for the first and ordered the 4 course menu with a beautiful Chablis. Food style is different, all ingredients local and superb quality. Service is as it should be in a Michelin star. restaurant, also very informal. Overall we liked it very much and will come back.

We had a wonderful experience at LES AGITATEURS! We were lucky enough to get the cellar table and it provided a wonderful atmosphere! The food was beautiful and delicious! We were amazed with the quality and quantity of food for the cost. Louis provided our service and he was exquisite; very knowledgeable, professional and delightful! A must when in Nice. We will be back!
