The rooms are small and simple, in-room plastic bathroom unit looks weird, but more or less works (although was moving a bit with my weight). Breakfast selection was the same for the whole week, some added variety would've been nice. Pool not working, which is a pity (OK, heating of water would be expensive, but why not have it working with water temperature matching the air? I'd still love to use it.) Parking, which is free with some other hotels around, costs here 10 Euro/day.

I loved this little hotel. The staff made it extra special. When we called to say we would arrive late due to some travel issues, they offered to keep the restaurant open for us. And the restaurant staff were happy and friendly even though they were working later than usual on a Friday night. When we got to our room, we found this fantastic note hand written from reception. Although the location is not idyllic (it’s in a ZAC type of area - not touristy, but safe), it was very peaceful and quiet, and the more remote location means there’s room for a lovely swimming pool. We were lucky to have perfect weather on a Saturday in May, and spent time poolside and even swam a little. Thank you to the team - we had a great stay.

Excellent service from the friendly staff. The compact room was modern and well maintained. The selection for breakfast was limited (so if you are looking for a full English you will be disappointed) but I enjoyed the fresh crusty bread and cheese, fresh juice and coffee. Guests were offered a piece of fruit to take with when leaving the dining area, which I thought was a nice gesture. For dinner, the restaurant had a good selection of well prepared grilled meat, burgers and fish. Some of the rooms had a pleasant view, although the view from my first floor window was limited. Was disappointed that the weather did not allow me to use small outdoor pool. ||It is located in an industrial area, which is perfect if you need to be near to your office, but if you are coming for a vacation, you would probably be better finding a hotel neared the La Ciotat port or city center.

My time at Ibis La Ciotat was out of this world. La Ciotat is such a beautiful place with amazing weather, the ppl! Are extremely helpful both in the hotel and outside the hotel. The community is super original!

Service is relaxed and happy. Rooms are highly standardized but that is not a bad thing. The issue is location, if you want to walk around this is not the hotel for you. Built in a industrial zone makes for very silent night sleep.

Everything was good! I would comeback definitively.
