Worst service, judge customer from dress. It takes 20 minutes for someone to take care of us. Each staff needs to be customer till they decide to buy. But each customer takes time Staff just stand there Other customers just waited. Waste my time at here
The worst Louis store I’ve ever been. I’ve waited in front of the gate for minutes and there was no SA came to service us when we got into the store. I’ve bought Louis sneakers and bags for several years and spent thousands pounds for it but sadly the store lost a loyalty customer FOREVER. No customer service and crowded environment when we walked in. Shame on Louis at all.
Had a great visit. Saw the purse I wanted & was shown it quickly. Service was kind & not pushy at all. I’ve been to this store several times & the first time I’ve bought anything as it was the first time someone has said hello to me. I’m glad they actually had something I wanted as it would have been a shame to walk out because no one said hello & welcomed me to the store.

I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait. But I felt a bit rushed once I got inside. The client advisor was great, went in for a certain bag but left with a different one and a wallet. Would have like to be offered champagne or something but I did get a couple samples of perfume.
Not so spacious, but the service is heartwarming. The sales assistant is very helpful and informative. It was busy night but I was quickly attended since the security/doorman quickly found me an SA. Most security don’t do that in LV stores, they usually just greet and open the door. Most importantly, I found what I’m looking for and listed one more item for next purchase 😁.
I am a loyal customer in this store, i bought 3 bags + many accesories but my last visit here was very disappointing because i wanted to make something with my Speedy 25 bag that I bought one year ago and the metal is now black! This is not normal for one 1500€ Louis Vuitton Bag!!! They said me that this is normal and the metal is “oxidated” in time!! After one year, they consider that my bag is old and this is normal that the Metal to be black. That was my last visit on Louis Vuitton. This is unacceptable!!!
We travelled in Strasbourg on last month, meanwhile , I buy one wallet bag to my own and my wife got a light colour handbag. We have a pleasant shopping experience. All the team is professional. We special thanks to Brigitte Herr, she is professional and accountable, her advice is very useful as well. We are highly recommend the store in there. We can enjoy the shopping experience .
