MFR ARCHITECTES

We have tried to contact this architecture agency for more than a month. They designed the building where we own an apartment. We need to ask the architect for the color to use for installing sun stores outside our unit. Co-op and installer require the architect involvement in the process. We can't install without their help. This should be routine for them, but won't answer on the phone, ask for an email, and then ignore successive email requests. I would steer clear of this agency, does not act professional after the construction has been delivered.
