On the 6th of Feb 2024, I have retrieved a package (coli) from Apple Ireland for a trade in kit, then in the same day I returned back my package with an old mobile phone inside for a trade in purpose. After more than a week, I have been called by Apple Ireland and they informed me that my package was intentionally tampered when it arrived in the destination for the trade in purpose. Apple told me that my package arrived without my old mobile phone inside. This incident has costed me the delay of the payment that Apple should refund me right away after my package arrived in the trande in center. I want to warn you to be careful with your items both when it arrives or when you are about to send. Ensure the name of the shop keeper who gives or takes your package(s), better you keep recording their name if it’s necessary take their pictures with their consent of course. And one more thing ask the receipts for every transaction such as receiving and delivering including the timestamp on it, plus the number of the store just in case any incident can happen in the future. I should take this step seriously and report this incident with local police authority in Paris for further investigation anytime soon.
