I asked for my upfront price for a root color, and that's all I wanted. No haircut, and I didn't care about the 'brushing' which is hairdrying and styling. I wear my hair very natural and often do a simple blow dry. I was told I had to have the 'brushing' as it was mandatory. So, the roots, shampoo hairdry with styling cost 84 euros. So what started out as 44 for the color, kept adding up in cost. At the end, I just wanted and needed it done. Today I see that I still have some grey roots. Very disappointed. update: the owner of the salon called, was very sorry and said I was welcome to come back soon and have the complete service at no charge. If I came back within 10 days.

Worst 25€ haircut in years. Pretty sure my hair was cut by a "trainee" as he clearly didn't know what he was doing. - Update following owner response - I appreciate your offer now, but what I would have appreciated more was even the smallest bit of care/attention/training of your employee while he was attempting to cut my hair. Instead, you sat in the corner, chatting with one of your other more senior stylists and pretty much ignored what your trainee was doing to my hair... and still happily charged me full price.
